Cathy Grider, Workforce Development Manager with the Billings Chamber of Commerce will provide an update on the strategic objectives for the Billings Chamber and highlight the Chamber’s commitment to workforce development. The Billings Chamber knows our businesses need the workforce of people enriching our community’s story by bringing diversity of though, culture, heritage, ability, and experience.

Our voice is the voice of the business community. Every step of the way, we work to make our community stronger and boost our quality of life. As your Chamber, we intensely focus on our core role as Conveners, Champions and the Catalyst. That is who we are. We advocate for policies that will benefit the community as a whole. As we continue to work hard for you, your support of our role in the community has never been more important.

The Chamber programing, networks, and advocacy are all central to fostering a community that is welcoming to all. We strive to offer value to our members in many ways, including opportunities for continued personal and professional growth, building relationships and enriching connections.

We will cover ways to help your team BELONG and grow in Billings with programs such as NextGEN, Leadership Billings, Women’s Network ENCORE, Business Development Network, DEI Network, and the Agriculture Committee. There are also many additional committees to share your voice, trails, air service, local government advisory board, Billings Works and Collaborate.
